Frequently asked questions

You need to select domain name for your new website so you have Internet address URL - https://www.your-new-auction-site.com

After finding one that is not taken yet, you need to signup to our service and make payment. We will then verify your account / payment and begin with setup. Verification process is simple but needed due to your and our security. Once all tasks are completed you will receive welcome email with access for your new auction website.

Client also needs to setup payment service they wish to use like Stripe, PayPal, Chargebee, Authorize.Net, Braintree, 2checkout, etc. Since client's documentation is required during onboarding process we cannot do this task for you. We can advise Stripe because they have plenty of features and easy signup process.

Our service includes complete website setup, optimization so your site is loading fast, auction software and nice niche based, ready to use, template for your new auction website. You as a site owner need to setup account for payment services you want to use (for example Stripe is fine) on your website.

Website will be delivered with some test / sample auctions but without real content like texts and auction products, that is something you will need to add as site owner.

You can also further customize your website (logo, color scheme, layout, etc) using our web design customization service. Customization tasks are charged separately. It is expected that you have a bit of knowledge regarding e-commerce websites and how to operate one.

Our support makes sure that your website is running fine and without problems. We support infrastructure / hosting part of service, theme and auction related software. Any kind of graphical or software customization is not part of the support and needs to be discussed separately. It is expected that you have a bit of knowledge regarding ecommerce websites and how to operate one. For support you can reach us via [email protected] email address. Your auction website is also monitored - so in case something goes wrong we get notification and sort the problem.

AuctionsBucket provides UI / web desing and addon features (coding) customizations. Before any task is scheduled we need documentation which explains and defines client needs.

As your site grows we can upgrade your auction SaaS plan. There are also upgrades like 3rd party transactional SMTP service (Postmark, Sendgrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Brevo), SMS notification serivces (like Twilio) and custom website design. All of the upgrades are discussed and defined with client prior implementation.

Yes, anti snipping feature is available for every type of auction where this makes sense.

Site owner can export auction activity, auction winners and auction history from backend.

Email and sms notifications for outbid note, auction won, payment reminder, auction fail, reserve fail, auction buy now, auction finish, administrator bid notification (bid not), customer bid notification, auction relist admin notice, auction relist user notice, auctions ending soon notification (two timers available).
